The annual Columbia City Legacy of Life Banquet will be Monday, April 24, 2023. Doors open at 6:00 pm and dinner will be served beginning at 6:30 pm.

Tickets for the Columbia City banquet are $25.00 and may be ordered, or tables reserved, by completing the Columbia City banquet reservation form.
Much of the growth of the banquet is due to those who host a table or tables each year and invite friends, family and colleagues to sit with them.
