Columbia City pro-life banquet crowd

Right to Life of North Central Indiana held the annual Columbia City Legacy of Life Banquet on Monday, March 17, at Indian Springs Middle School’s Carver Center. Over 150 guests attended the event. Guests had the opportunity to hear from a variety of speakers, including Congressman Marlin Stutzman, and by video, Senator Jim Banks and Attorney General Todd Rokita, Executive Director, Michelle Schoenefeld from A Hope Center in Columbia City, and keynote speaker, Serena Dyksen, with She Found His Grace ministry. John Mergy was the emcee for the evening. RTL Executive Director, Dave Koontz, also gave an encouraging update on pro-life activities in North Central Indiana. Guests enjoyed a meal provided by Foodology and truffle balls from Nothin’ But Truffles.

A $19,000 match challenge was announced. The match campaign will continue through the remaining three banquets. Generous guests gave $16,000 in donations and pledges of which $14,000 was matched for a total of $30,000!
