Columbia City Prolife Banquet Speaker

Right to Life of North Central Indiana held the annual Columbia City Legacy of Life Banquet on Monday, March 30, at Indian Springs Middle School’s Carver Center. Over 230 guests attended the event.  Guests had the opportunity to hear from a variety of speakers, including Senator Jim Banks and Congressman Marlin Stutzman. Michelle Schoenefeld, Executive Director for A Hope Center in Columbia City, shared an update on the ministry. Our keynote speaker was Wesley J. Smith, an international expert on assisted suicide and euthanasia. Jacob Alles was the emcee for the evening. Right to Life Executive Director Dave Koontz also gave an encouraging update on prolife activities in North Central Indiana. Guests enjoyed a meal provided by Foodology and truffle balls from Nothin’ But Truffles.

Thanks to Rabb Water Systems for providing bottled water, and Wildman for the table linens.

A $30,600 match challenge was announced.  The match campaign will continue through the remaining three spring banquets.  Generous guests gave $18,418 in donations and pledges, of which $15,710 was matched for a total of $34,128!
